Table Notes:

  • A YES under 'Stabilizing?' means that the mutation is more favorable than the wild residue to the stability of the protein in terms of energy.
  • A NO under 'Stabilizing?' means that the mutation is less favorable than the wild residue to the stability of the protein in terms of energy.
  • A NEUTRAL under 'Stabilizing?' means that the magnitude of ΔΔG associated with mutation is less than the required threshold.
  • When available, a link to the corresponding Protherm entry is provided.
  • When you click on a column header, results will be sorted by the criterion.
  • ΔΔG unit is kcal/mol.
